A 38-foot stone ring discovered in Florida during a 1998 construction project hints at the sophisticated structures built by the ancient Tequesta people. The site features 24 precisely cut holes in limestone bedrock, possibly supporting wooden posts for a structure. Dating back 2,000 years, it represents the only prehistoric stone circle found in North America.
