The Socorro Landing (1964)
Police officer Lonnie Zamora encountered an egg-shaped craft and two small beings while on patrol in New Mexico. He reported hearing a roar and seeing blue flames. The object left landing impressions and burned vegetation at the site. Project Blue Book investigators found Zamora highly credible. Even the usually skeptical Air Force couldn’t explain it away. The physical evidence and Zamora’s reputation make this case particularly compelling.
