The Trans-en-Provence Landing (1981)

French farmer Renaud Nicolai watched a small metallic disk land on his property and take off again. The case stands out because scientists from France’s space agency GEPAN investigated it. They found soil changes consistent with intense heat and pressure. Plant samples showed altered chlorophyll levels and accelerated aging. Their report concluded that something unknown had affected the landing site. The findings defied conventional scientific explanation despite rigorous testing.
