The Shag Harbour Crash (1967)

A large object plunged into the waters off Nova Scotia, leaving yellow foam on the surface. Multiple witnesses, including RCMP officers, saw it go down. The Canadian Navy searched for days but found nothing. Locals nicknamed it “Canada’s Roswell.” Fishing boats reported unusual underwater lights in the days following the crash. The case stands out because it’s one of the few UFO incidents officially documented in government records. No wreckage was ever recovered.
