The Cash-Landrum Incident (1980)

Betty Cash and Vickie Landrum encountered a diamond-shaped object on a Texas road. It emitted flames downward and was surrounded by military helicopters. Both women developed radiation-like burns and illnesses after the event. Betty’s car dashboard melted from the heat. Medical records documented their symptoms, which persisted for years. The women sued the U.S. government, believing it was a military test gone wrong. Their health problems remained unexplained.
