Fake Coconuts Full of Heroin
A shipment of coconuts from the Caribbean raised suspicions when customs officers noticed slight weight differences. Upon closer inspection, some “coconuts” were actually ceramic replicas filled with heroin. The fake fruits were expertly painted to match real ones and strategically mixed throughout the shipment. Their creators even added authentic-looking exterior fiber textures to fool inspectors.
