Son of Saul (2015)
Hungarian filmmaker László Nemes drops viewers into the nightmarish world of Auschwitz-Birkenau through the eyes of a Sonderkommando prisoner. The camera stays fixed on Saul as he searches for a rabbi to properly bury a boy amid the camp’s industrial killing machinery.
