18. Uncertain Mission Goals
Throughout the conflict, frequent changes in strategy and unclear objectives often left soldiers unsure about the true purpose of their deployments. This uncertainty undermined morale, making it hard to stay motivated or feel a sense of progress. Many troops questioned whether their sacrifices made a meaningful impact, especially when goals seemed to shift or remain undefined. The lack of clear direction contributed to frustration and doubt, further compounding the daily hardships faced on the ground.
