10. Operation Menu
Between 1969 and 1970, the U.S. conducted Operation Menu, a covert bombing campaign targeting suspected North Vietnamese sanctuaries in eastern Cambodia during the Vietnam War. The operation aimed to disrupt enemy supply lines and bases but was kept secret from Congress and the public for years.
