10. The Sinking of the Titanic (1912)
On April 10, 1912, the RMS Titanic embarked on its maiden voyage from Southampton, England, to New York City. The ship, deemed “unsinkable,” struck an iceberg on April 14, leading to its sinking in the early hours of April 15.
